Grammer Residence

The Grammer Residence is a well executed example in the transformation of a raised ranch style, that are all to popular in New England neighborhoods. The JFF Design team approached the renovation and remodel with a one key goal in mind, to keep the home's massing in line with that of the surrounding neighborhood. While most of the remodel took place on the second floor, small scaled and open spaces were designed to meet the needs and functions of this growing family and still create an overall massing of the home that has a subtle presence on the street. Changes to the façade included the two story celebrated entry, and new roof with dormers.
